Ingredients

5 cups (1250 ml) Water
2 cloves (18 grams) Garlic, crushed
1/4 cup (40 grams) Red onion, sliced
1/4 cup (65 grams) Celery, chopped
Ground pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon (15ml) Soy sauce
2 teaspoons (10 ml) Seasme oil
1 teaspoon (5g) White Sugar
1 pack (11 grams) AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning
2 teaspoons (10 grams) Spring onions, chopped
1/4 kilo (250 grams) Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
3 pieces (300 grams) Corn on cob, cut into serving sizes
150 grams Tofu, cubed
1 pack (200 grams) Sotanghon
3/4 cup (150 grams) Shiitake Mushroom, sliced
1 cup (200 grams) Carrot, chopped
3/4 cup (200 grams) Brocolli, florets
1/4 cup (30 grams) Onion leeks, chopped
3/4 cup (100 grams) Pechay baguio, chopped

Procedure

  1. BOIL. In a pot, pour water , add garlic, onion, celery, pepper, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, AJI-NO-MOTO®, spring onions and beef. Bring to a boil.
  2. SIMMER. Add corn, tofu, sotanghon, mushroom and carrots.Simmer for 3 minutes. Then add broccoli, onion leeks and pechay. Simmer for another minute. Serve while hot.
