Ajinomoto Philippines Corporation (APC) presents a 10-minute cooking show that airs every Friday, 11:20 am at GMA-7. “Eat Well, Live Well. Stay Well” encourages viewers to try nutritious and delicious recipes that you can serve to your family with ease. This is part of APC’s aim of helping Filipino families to cope, stay well, and enjoy life by providing relevant and valuable information related to health and nutrition.

The show stars Iya Villania-Arellano as “Mamazing Iya” who takes an online class with her cousin Chef Jose Sarasola in hopes of improving her cooking skills. Every week, discover mouth-watering and nutritious dishes with Mamazing’s Kitchen Stories!
